Final playoff games will be played after places are determined.  First Place winner will play Fourth Place winner
Second Place winner will play Third Place winner.  The winners of the two games will play for the Championship.
Playoff games for ties will not be necessary.  If two or more teams are tied for a place, head to head games,
run differential of tied teams, total runs scored against tied teams, total runs and then, coin flip for place winner.
