All league play shall be ONE round.  Playoffs will consist of first place team playing fourth place team.  The second place.
team will play the third place team.  Winners of the first place teams will play for the championship. In case of a tie for a
place, teams will be eliminated at each step.  1 - Head to head. - 2  - Run differential against the remaining tied teams.
3 - Total runs of against remaining tied teams. - 4 - Total runs for the season against remaining tied teams, and then flip.
